According to information from Binhai Baoan, the key industrial projects of Luxshare’s high-end precision intelligent module base are centered on R&D, production and sales of intelligent mobile terminal products, covering an area of ​​67,190 square meters and a total construction area of ​​291,515.1 square meters. , production workshop, information center, office space, staff dormitory and public supporting service facilities.

After the project is put into production, it is expected to increase the tax payment of 275 million yuan for Bao'an District, bring 2.26 billion yuan of industrial investment (fixed asset investment), and the investment intensity is 336 million yuan / hectare. It is estimated that the annual output value will exceed 20 billion yuan and directly create no less than 1,000 jobs.

According to the Shenzhen Bao'an District Investment Promotion Agency, on May 12, Bao'an District publicly listed and sold land for two key industrial projects in the form of "with industrial projects". The two plots are located in Shajing Street and Xinqiao Street respectively, and will be used to build Shenzhen Shajing high-end precision intelligent module base and Baoan storage integrated circuit industry base.

Among them, the land A321-0944 in Shajing was won by Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. for 94.6 million yuan, with a land area of ​​40,932.48 square meters and a construction area of ​​176,009 square meters. It will be used for the construction of Shenzhen Shajing high-end precision intelligent module base project.
